| The Stripe Hog® Stripe Removal System quickly and completely removes all types of durable traffic markings from asphalt and concrete surfaces with little to no damage to the surface. The Stripe Hog® does its work using many needle sharp 40,000 psi water jets and a powerful vacuum recovery system, called the Smart Vac® that leaves the road clean and almost dry. The resulting debris is quickly de-watered using a patented process, so that the debris can then be dumped in a dried state in one big clump that easily falls from the tank. |

Speed - Our carefully designed and tested system combines the best in water jet technology to achieve the fastest removal rates in the industry. We recently completed some temporary paint removal in Palm Beach County Florida where the Stripe Hog® removed 4,000 LF of 6" solid line in 20 minutes time. Removal rates will vary with the
material. This particular paint was applied only the previous night and was a temporary line. However, even on thermoplastic the Stripe Hog® is very fast. |

Clear view of the Hog Head and close proximity to the line as well as rpm control, cruise control, vacuum are all factors in the Stripe Hogs’ speed.

| Different Blast Widths - From 4" Stripes on Rural Roads to 30‘ touchdown marks on a runway, we have the right head for you. Hog Heads are available in 8" 10" 12" 14" or 28" widths. Our 28" head is recommended for Runway Rubber Removal. |

| Single Step Process - The Stripe Hog's® Smart Vac® System eliminates any secondary clean-up operation. Competing systems either do not come with a recovery system at all, which makes it difficult to see what you have just removed, or they sell you a third parties’ vacuum and leave you to figure out how to deal with the slurry mixture of paint and water generated by waterblasting. Our patented Smart Tank makes dealing with this mixture a snap. Dump your water off, pre-filtered, and retain your debris for dumping later.
